Full time, continuing role of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer with a three (3) year leadership assignment as National Course Coordinator at North Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane campus with some hybrid flexibility.
About the role: Operating within Diploma Programs, As the National Course Coordinator (Lecturer/Senior Lecturer), you'll play a key academic leadership role in Diploma Programs within Education Pathways in relation to teaching, curriculum development, accreditation (where applicable), professional practice/work-integrated learning, and implementation of national curricula across campuses.
You'll make a significant contribution to the academic and administrative activities of the Education Pathways, with key responsibilities in the oversight of ongoing development and delivery of lecture, tutorial and laboratory material in core units of programs in the discipline of Health Sciences, in line with the national curricula of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Total remuneration valued to $134,709 - $158,968(pro rata) pa, including salary component $113,831 - $134,397 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading or total remuneration valued to $168,595 - $183,037 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $142,625 - $154,969 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level C), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
The level of appointment will be determined based on the level of experience, skills and capability of the successful candidate.
A 3% salary increase will be effective from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1st January 2025.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
