Job Title: Legal Assistant (Legal Secretary)

The Opportunity: Due to growth, we are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Assistant (Legal Secretary) to join our industry-leading Projects, Energy & Infrastructure (PEI) practice group in Sydney on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
* Manage billing processes for direct team members, including clients with specific and complex billing and administration requirements.
* Assist with meeting and event preparation.
* Manage Partners' internal and external appointments with appropriate meeting lead times, including travel and diary management.
* Coach and mentor team Administrative Assistants.
* Assist with the team's business development needs.
* Coordinate and manage various responsibilities and deliverables.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant.
* Previous billing experience is essential.
* Experience supporting 1 or more Partners in a busy practice group.
* Ability to anticipate Partner requirements to reduce administrative time.
* Previous matter management experience.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
