Roles and Responsibilities: Act as an L2 point of contact for a diverse range of technical issues. Log tickets and prioritize workloads. Create and maintain technical documentation. Implement and manage VOIP systems. Network, server, and desktop administration and support. Administer Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot network issues. Monitor systems. Server installs and migration projects. Troubleshoot complex IT issues. Assist with complex IT projects. Provide excellent customer service and respond to requests in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Role Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a similar support role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Clean license and ability to obtain clean police clearance. Technical Requirements: Manage and maintain Microsoft Server environments (2008-2022) to ensure optimal performance and stability. Provide advanced support for M365 applications, including Exchange and SharePoint. Administer and troubleshoot cloud services, with a focus on Azure and hybrid environments. Oversee identity management, including Active Directory and Azure AD. Diagnose and resolve networking issues, ensuring seamless connectivity. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, especially with tools like Veeam. Configure and support VoIP systems to maintain reliable communication channels. Utilize ticketing systems such as ConnectWise to track and resolve service requests efficiently. Apply cybersecurity best practices to protect systems and data across the client network.
