The Pacific Hotel is a well-established and respected hospitality venue located in Yeppoon, northeast of Rockhampton.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Pacific Hotel
Duties:
* Assist senior chefs in preparing a range of meals according to menu and orders
* Ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests, working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
* Adhere to safety and health policies, procedures, and role responsibilities as defined in our Safety and Health procedure
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including setup and cleaning duties
Requirements:
* Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused kitchen environment, preferably in a bistro style setting
* Knowledge of cooking practices applicable to our menu
* An unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality food, presentation, and safety standards
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Trade cooking qualifications are essential
* Flexibility with regard to availability
