Are you passionate about clinical leadership and supporting mental health professionals? genU is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team within the Access & Specialist Services division.
As a Senior Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee clinical supervision across our services, ensuring our practitioners deliver safe, high-quality care. You will provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to support their growth and professional practice.
Some of your key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical supervision and support, including feedback, training, and competency evaluations.
* Develop and deliver evidence-based learning activities to promote professional growth.
* Oversee and implement genU's Clinical Supervision Framework.
* Coordinate clinical case reviews and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
* Provide clinical expertise through consultations and short-term interventions as needed.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have
* Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology, Social work, or other relevant mental health qualifications, and;
* Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA, AASW, PACFA).
You will also meet the following essential requirements
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current NDIS Working With Children’s Check
* Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
