Proficiency in SAP and Oracle is required.Key Responsibilities: Manage the receiving and dispatching of parts and goods in Oracle.
Cost completed jobs to ensure consistent revenue.
Process and reconcile Supplier/Subcontractor invoices for Head Office payment.
Review FSRs and Warranty Claim forms for accuracy before submission.
Maintain office supplies and inventory for the Service team.
Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
Ensure timely, high-quality service that aligns with the company standards.
Coordinate Client Purchase Orders for after-hours service calls.
Raise EPOs for Customer Engineers.
Administer timesheets for review by the Service Operations Manager.
Comply with WHS requirements and report incidents/injuries promptly.
