Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this generalist position offers variety and challenging work across a broad range of HR functions and will allow you to contribute to the effective implementation of Glencore Coal Australia’s HR & People Plans.You will provide value-adding support to the business through tactical advice as well as direct operational support across the human resource function. You will be a pivotal point of support to the site HR teams and work collaboratively to implement action items that will deliver on the GCAA HR strategy.You think outside the square and are focused on continually improving HR initiatives regarding IR/ER strategies, workforce planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, succession processes, and key retention initiatives. You’re a key support and advisor to the senior leadership team providing guidance and coaching within the areas of organizational capability and policy development and implementation.Your positive experience working with and guiding others will make you a standout.
