Our Trainee program offers a unique and tailored commercial development opportunity to enhance your competencies and develop your potential.About the Program: Under the guidance of a mentor, you will flex your skills in sourcing, developing and communicating a merchandise range that maximizes financial KPIs and expands customer appeal through targeted customer lenses. Throughout the 24-month program, your mentor will guide you on a learning pathway with direct support from a Category Manager as you execute the buying process of your own product Telco related portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business plans, product ranges, and promotional activities.Manage financial inventory targets and develop pricing structures.Monitor the market and competitor activity to create successful merchandise ranges.Foster and deliver positive and compliant supplier partnerships.About youAs a commercially astute professional, you bring strong influencing and negotiation skills, coupled with an innovative mindset and a keen eye for detail. Your ability to establish robust relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, sets you apart.Previous experience in buying administration support or store operations in a leadership capacity, combined with your strong financial and commercial acumen, will be invaluable.
