As a Technology Risk Analyst, you play a crucial role in safeguarding systems and customer data, ensuring compliance and managing risk appetite. Joining the Money Technology function offers a chance to grow within the tech risk domain. Collaborate with various teams to manage and remediate risks, contributing to ongoing security uplift initiatives.

* Technology and Security Risks and Controls management and associated actions.
* Support the development and ongoing prioritisation of security posture uplift activities.
* Support the business with the identification, management and rectification of technology and security related control gaps, breaches, incidents, and issues.
* Support risk and vulnerability remediation activities.
* Support Process Governance and Documentation management.
* Provide real time advisory support on emerging tech risk
* Manage reporting activities of key indicators, strategic deliverables and metrics.
* Hands-on support delivering security uplift solutions aligned to security strategy, including Identify Access Management.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Promote a positive risk culture and support stakeholders on risk performance.
* Become a lead advisor in tech risk frameworks and security best practice
Ideally, we're looking for the following:
Let’s look at you:
* Technical experience in Salesforce highly advantageous
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, Info Security or Tech Risk related roles.
* Technology Risk Management experience, ideally within the financial services industry
* Technical knowledge in technology platforms and practices such as Cloud, CRM, databases, applications, networks, cyber security and information security.
* Experience in process improvement methodologies and change implementation will be considered favourably
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
* Strong attention to detail, including thoroughness in reviewing data, processes and documentation
* Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles and audit standards
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Security, Assurance is desirable.
