Rural Fire Service Queensland is seeking a District Business Coordinator to support operational and organizational functions in the management of rural fires.

Our department's purpose is to help the community prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from fire and emergency events.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) provides fire, rescue, and emergency management programs and services throughout Queensland.
Purpose of the Role
The Rural Fire Service (RFS) Districts focus on supporting operational and organizational functions in rural fire management.
You will lead and manage a small team and oversee administrative, asset management, and business services support to operational activities, staff, and volunteers across the district.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
* Experience in business management, human resources, finance, database management, and reporting.
Your Key Accountabilities
You will be responsible for:
* Providing high-level administrative support to volunteers and brigades.
* Coordinating tasks to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across various administration and business functions.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to consult and recommend improvements to key processes and delivery of services.
