In this role, you'll:
Carry out all aspects of Electrical works in accordance with their Trade Qualifications, Qualified Supervisor’s Certificate, industry specifications and Transport for NSW quality standards for the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and Precinct. The Electrician Grade 2 reports to the Electrician Team Leader and Support Services Supervisor in the Support Services team consisting of other trade and skilled worker teams. Excellent, permanent opportunity to join the team based out of Dawes Point, South Pylon.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Perform a wide range of routine and complex labouring/ manual tasks
* Conduct safety checks and basic maintenance
* Provide guidance to team members and support continuous improvement
* Understand and maintain knowledge of WHS legislation, policies and procedures
* Understand hazards and follow environmental procedures

About you
You will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, have exceptional communication skills and have a passion for workplace health & safety.
Essential requirements will also include:
* Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent
* At least 12 months experience in a Electrician Grade 1 or relevant industry equivalent.
* Demonstrated ability is using literacy and numeracy skills to complete work records
* NSW Qualified Supervisor Certificate Electrical Licence
* A current driver’s licence and White Card is an essential requirement for this role.
The wages/salary for this position is an Electrician Grade 2 ($1,511.50 per week), plus super and other allowances
