From performance, team recruitment, management and training, client escalations and the profit and loss of the channel.
Managing day-to-day client campaign performance, including brief responses, campaign set-up, optimisations, KPI tracking and budget delivery.
Leading day-to-day client relationships from planning to presentations when required.
Elite performance marketing capabilities and process development to achieve best practices.
Optimisations and reporting across key client accounts to increase leads, qualified traffic to the website and cost efficiencies.
A thorough understanding of Blended Search and how to implement it.
Hiring, training and mentoring team members.
Contribute to the growth of strategic client accounts and new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS 8-10+ years of experience in SEM, preferably as a Head of Department, a Director role or a senior team lead.
Agency experience is required and essential.
A highly competent understanding of the systems and processes required for department success.
Passionate about data, analytics, and reporting (ability to assess complex data, interpret and analyse raw data).
Knowledge of digital and analytics tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Shopping, Performance Max etc.).
Experience with different eCommerce CMS platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.
Able to multitask across multiple projects like a pro with superior time management skills.
Experience in mentoring and leading a team.
Demonstrate critical thinking, analytical skills, perfect verbal/written communication, project management, and high attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and adjust priorities to meet specific deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate with our clients and a natural ability to resolve conflicts and escalations.
