To provide the best support, the successful candidate will have previous experience working with people with psychosocial disability or mental health conditions and be confident in working with behaviours of concern.Joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team as a casual, you will support people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster. You must be able to commit to a variety of sleepover shifts and 3-hour day shifts.
