The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Office Administrator to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and serve as a key liaison between the executive office and our stakeholders. This pivotal role requires outstanding organisational abilities, superior communication skills, and absolute discretion in handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Communication Support
* Act as the primary interface for the CEO, managing communications with strict confidentiality
* Develop and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
* Efficiently manage CEO correspondence
* Oversee company memberships and subscriptions
* Prepare and distribute the monthly employee newsletter
* Represent the CEO with building management
Executive Process Management
* Facilitate timely sign-off of documentation requiring CEO approval
* Plan and coordinate employee events
* Support core business processes and initiatives
General Administrative Support
* Maintain electronic and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation and minute-taking
* Support projects that contribute to key business priorities
* Contribute positively to our high-performance team culture
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role
* Proven track record supporting executive leadership
Essential Skills

* High level of discretion and confidentiality
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
