The opportunity:
Reporting into the National Sales Manager, as the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a newly created sales team across Victoria. You will play a crucial role in recruiting a high performing sales team and support on an upcoming product launch, working across GP and Specialty landscapes. Your passion for collaboration across regional sales teams and the broader organisation are a hallmark of your leadership experience.
Responsibilities:
4. Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a new sales team across VIC
5. Oversee the implementation of launch strategies ensuring the team retains high standards of service & product knowledge
6. Responsible for exceeding sales targets and driving positive patient outcomes
7. Hold responsibility for establishing/maintaining key accounts relationships
8. Develop in-depth relationships with targeted customers
9. Communicate clinical information & data; enabling customers to address unmet patient needs
10. Partner with Marketing, Medical & Training teams to continue to build a strong presence in the market
Your Skills & Background:
11. Proven recent Australian pharmaceutical sales team leadership capabilities
12. Superior coaching/mentoring experience
13. Proven ability to hold your team accountable
14. Passion for driving better Women’s Health outcomes
15. Proven ability to exceed KPIs and sales targets
16. Passion for communicating clinical information effectively
17. Existing relationships with Gynaecologists/Obstetricians
18. Tertiary qualifications pref. Science, Nursing, Business
19. Flexible, adaptable, growth mindset, displayed learning agility
