Job Description
We are seeking an on-site support engineer to provide traditional L2 support to customers across various sites in the Brisbane Greater Region.
Key Technologies
* Office 365 (including SharePoint / OneDrive) migrations, administration, and support
* Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, RDS, etc.)
* Microsoft Exchange Server upgrades, administration, and support
* Microsoft Azure
* Networking (Layer 2)
Requirements
* Recent experience providing L1 and L2 support
* Previous or current experience working for an MSP is highly desirable
* A valid driver's license
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Experience supporting non-technical users up to VIPs
