About the OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a F35 Data Manager to join our Aircraft Sustainment and Training line of business based at Williamtown NSW, reporting to the F35 Planning Manager.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia. This position is offering options such as a 9-day fortnight or part-time hours (minimum 25+ hours per week).
You will be responsible for ensuring the F35 Aircraft Maintenance Documentation accurately reflects the current state of the Air Vehicle. Additionally, the data manager will assist with Ad-Hoc part ordering and raising of engineering dispositions requests.
Key responsibilities include: Manage daily administration of aircraft maintenance documentation and related activities.Accurately update aircraft configuration changes in the maintenance documentation system.Ensure proper labelling and identification of aeronautical products.Collaborate with F-35 stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.Generate Work Orders and coordinate emergent task requirements.Work with planning teams to ensure accurate work scopes.Maintain aircraft documentation in line with regulatory requirements.Undertake technical investigation arising from corrective maintenance requests and draft work instructions to enable a maintainer to undertake the work to rectify the fault/defect.Support maintenance teams with admin tasks and process improvements.About YOU Experience in administration, analytics or logistics support.Strong attention to detail in data entry, record-keeping, and compliance.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.Effective communicator with the ability to convey information clearly and efficiently.Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations.We believe in hiring for potential, we know that some candidates hesitate if they don't tick all the boxes.
