About us
For over 30 years, Rural Lifestyle Options Australia has been dedicated to addressing unmet need across rural and regional communities. Whilst our organisation was founded in providing high quality disability support, we have grown to support hundreds of clients across a variety of difference services under the NDIS and deliver bespoke Home Care Packages (HCP) which are tailored to assist consumers in remaining independent in their own homes for longer under our Aged Care model.
As an organisation, we are passionate about supporting others to chase their dreams and aspirations. Reinforced by our vision of ‘Changing lives, stronger communities’ we achieve this – one person and one life goal at a time.
Rural Lifestyle Options Australia’s commitment to the people who access our services remains resolute, proudly underpinned by our organisation’s motto of “Big enough to provide the service, small enough to look after you.” For more information about who we are and what we do, please visit our website at www.rloa.org.au
About the role
At Rural Lifestyle Options Australia, our NDIS Growth Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for all new NDIS participants (75%) and will also assist with enquiries from Aged Care Home Care consumers (25%).
If you’re a proactive networker with a well-established network in the NDIS space, and have an eye for detail combined with a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and those in aged care, we want to connect with you!
This hybrid role (part remote and part at our Redland Bay Office) is integral to our Marketing and New Business Division. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and New Business and the Business Development Team to drive our growth in the disability and aged care sectors. Your existing network and expertise will be crucial in helping us expand and enhance our services.
A week in the life of our NDIS Growth Officers can include:
* Following up on NDIS and Aged Care Home Care related enquiries.
* Working with the Business Development Team to facilitate signups for prospective participants and consumers.
* Meeting with prospective NDIS participants and HCP consumers to facilitate service sign ups (where required).
* Attending community related events as a representative of RLOA.
* Assisting in filling our Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements and support the growth of future SIL arrangements as they occur.
* Facilitating NDIS and Aged Care Home Care brochure drop offs to Medical Centres in areas we are looking to grow.
* Providing an ongoing feedback loop through to the Head of Marketing and New Business on prospective and new sign ups.
We will provide you with access to a fully maintained RLOA vehicle (and Fuel Card) to attend appointments and events as required.
We are a small and supportive team who get to see our vision of ‘Changing lives, stronger communities’ come to life through the work that we do.
