The position is also responsible for contributing to the implementation of government and departmental priorities, including renewal and reform initiatives. As part of the CSQ leadership group, the Regional Director will lead, develop and implement CSQ's strategic initiatives and contribute to organisational outcomes across the state. The Regional Director is responsible for leading change and ensuring the strategic alignment of their region with the overall organisational vision. Translate strategic goals into implementable actions that ensure court operations align with Courts and Tribunals vision and deliver effective customer-focused services. Effectively lead and manage in line with legislative and regulatory frameworks, policies and delegated authority, ensuring adherence to ethical decision-making principles and standards. Analyse and solve diverse and complex problems and provide strategic and operational support to the Senior Director Court Operations and the Executive Director, Magistrates Courts Service. Sponsor and lead change to develop and maintain an organisational culture that actively seeks opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in support of excellence in service delivery. Work collaboratively to drive the development of Courts and Tribunals capability and align workforce resources and talent to deliver Courts and Tribunals priorities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the judiciary and foster collaborative networks and partnerships with external stakeholders to co-design and plan for improvements in services. Ensure a high standard of financial, resource, risk management and reporting systems are embedded in the region.
