We currently have an ongoing full-time position available in our Warragul team for Mental Health Community Clinicians to join our friendly and passionate Mental Health Department.
The Mental Health Clinician role provides leadership, direction and support to the multi-disciplinary team staff undertaking the specialist mental health care role. Supporting the daily operational activities of the team, the Mental Health Clinician provides a range of integrated community-based clinical skills. The Mental Health Clinician undertakes a full range of clinical duties including the provision of recovery-oriented care, comprehensive assessments, care coordination, evidence-based treatment, psycho-education, and consumer and family collaboration.
Our Mental Health Department services a diverse caseload in the acute and subacute inpatient units of our hospital and also provides Community Mental Health Services in various areas of Gippsland. As the regional referral hospital for Gippsland, LRH plays a lead role in the provision of specialist services and as a major teaching hospital.

We are looking for candidates with:
* Registered Nurse Division with postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing
* A Social Worker with appropriate mental health experience
* Occupational Therapist or Psychologist, registered with AHPRA
* Commitment to recovery and evidence-based treatment for people with a psychiatric illness
* Driver's license
