The Reajohn Group has recently added Mt Tamborine Mitre 10 to their portfolio of hardware stores. We are actively in the process of recruiting a Branch Manager to fill this exciting opportunity.

The Person
In the Store Manager role: you are integral by ethically influencing your Staff. This is predominantly through your leadership values and actions, exemplary behaviours, positive approach, and growth mindset.
This position involves being at the forefront to deliver our business objectives, setting clear expectations, driving success, by supporting Mt Tamborine Mitre 10 to achieve positive growth. Store Safety and maintaining Reajohn Standards is a high priority. Your focus is on building customer service excellence through a hands-on approach and guiding your team, are critical success factors.

The above points are top priorities. A good knowledge of Excel and an ability to learn and work with software might be an advantage e.g., Sym-Pac.
The Role
This Branch Manager position is supported by the management team. Attending out-of-hours monthly management meetings at company headquarters forms part of this role. Ensuring safety and other reports are sent to HQ on various frequencies is essential. This position being occupied by the right person is a critical success factor for the staff and the business. The role is for a Store Manager that views and practices customer service as being the top priority.
