You’ll assist with the entire payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all calculations while following relevant laws and regulations. Resolving payroll issues and providing support to the payroll team will be key parts of your role. You'll also work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to help integrate payroll operations and ensure accurate reporting.What You’ll DoAssist in preparing fortnightly payrolls for multiple locations.Prepare and process necessary documentation for new hires, contract variations, and terminations.Respond to payroll inquiries promptly and accurately.Prepare and reconcile payment summaries, superannuation contributions, and other payroll-related documents.Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager.What You’ll BringTo succeed in this role, you should have some payroll experience in a busy, fast-paced environment, a flexible attitude, and a commitment to delivering payroll on time.
