The Executive Assistant to the Office of the Mayor and General Manager provides professional executive assistance services to ensure the effective operation of the Office and provides timely support services to facilitate the conduct of Council meetings, Mayoral events, and the provision of information to Councillors.

About you
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent.
* A sound understanding of the role of Council and Councillors within the community.
* Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in position description attached).
* Demonstrated Developed level key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in position description attached).
We offer
* Permanent Full Time, 35 hours per week
* Salary from $81,543 to $87,994 per year (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
