Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills and be a team player. You will be responsible for assisting with daily Stores and Sales operations, building relationships with customers via phone and email to answer queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account inquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist with general branch support and administration
* Work collaboratively with other departments
* Be the first point of contact for the branch, servicing customers

Requirements:
* At least 6 months to a year's experience in Customer service or warehouse
* Driver's License is essential
* Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous
* Computer literate at an intermediate level (Outlook etc)
* Ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas
* Desire to learn quickly
* Proven safety and quality focus & the ability to perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner
