Our therapy network is comprised of mobile allied health teams Australia wide. Our personalised and caring approach is in high demand and we are now looking for an amazing IT Manager to join and support our team.

Reporting
The Level 1 IT Support technician will report to the IT Manager.
About the role
You will play a key role in supporting 350+ users across Australia.
We are quite flexible with work days and hours, provided there is respect for others' needs.
To succeed in this role you will need:
A strong desire to help users at all levels. Good troubleshooting skills with a desire to reduce complexity and automate processes to improve the customer experience. A willingness to take ownership and see tasks through from start to completion. A broad enough skillset to analyse multiple IT systems and working processes and suggest ways to make them better. We will value your well-formed opinions and you must also be friendly, flexible and approachable.
Day-to-day Responsibilities Provide support to end-users via the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including configuring mobile phones and laptops, and creating accounts in online platforms and Microsoft 365. Troubleshoot problems with online services utilized by the company Manage user accounts and details across various platforms and Azure Entra ID. Maintain hardware inventory, ensuring required technology is available and up-to-date. Skills and experience Up to 2 years of work experience in the IT industry. Enthusiastic about IT and technology, with demonstrated passion or practical experience in general ICT. Relevant ICT certifications are ideal but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and patience when assisting others. Experience with the following technologies is beneficial but not mandatory:
o Azure, Office 365, Intune, SharePoint
o PowerShell scripting
o Cisco Meraki networking
o MacOS and Windows troubleshooting
o Active Directory management Additional Information Most end-users work remotely; support and troubleshooting will primarily be conducted over phone, email, and remote desktop. This is an entry level position and would suit someone with some basic IT skills who is eager to learn more.
