Job Description
The position is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and to ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment.
Immediate start available - Casual or Part-time employment is available.
You will:
* Action cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and scullery.
* Maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers.
* Assist in the preparation of food as directed by our senior chefs.
* Maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge and freezers.
* Assist with the receiving and storing of stock.
* Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate is:
* Service oriented with an eye for detail.
* Able to work independently with demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment.
* Self-motivated and energetic.
* Flexible to work a rotating roster of morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
