About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Property Sales Associate to join the Ray White Special Projects Qld team. Supporting 3 Directors, you will play a key role in providing exceptional sales support and contributing to the overall success of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your career in the real estate industry!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Directors in all aspects of the sales process
2. Assist with buyer management and build strong relationships
3. Coordinate press releases and social media content
4. Attend property inspections and client meetings
5. Prepare marketing materials and vendor reports
6. Conduct market research and data analysis
7. Maintain accurate records and databases
Skills and Experience:
1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
2. A positive 'can-do' attitude and a strong team player
3. Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
4. Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
5. Strong desire to learn and develop within the real estate industry
6. Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not essential
