About the Role:
The Concierge Team Leader, reporting to the Chief Concierge, will lead a shift of Concierge staff, prioritizing exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring a team to ensure outstanding guest interactions.
* Implementing procedures for the Concierge department and fostering guest engagement.
* Supervising the Concierge team, providing training and development opportunities.
* Setting an example by delivering exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and responding promptly.
* Being the hotel's ambassador, demonstrating pride in every interaction.
* Welcome guests and make them feel valued.
* Assist guests with inquiries and luggage requests.
* Valet parking of cars.
* Perform general Porter duties as required.
