Account & Relationship Management (Sales)Full timeAdd expected salary to your profile for insights.Marriott International is seeking 3 Market Account Directors for the Corporate Segment to grow top-line segment revenue by ensuring that profitable sales are generated for the hotels represented. The Account Directors will work closely with Hotel leaders in the Marriott Sales Organisation on joint account plans, customer events, tradeshows, operational & training support and initiatives that impact all brands.This role is work from anywhere but must be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth.BUSINESS CONTEXTThe Market Account Director is responsible for providing total account management for a portfolio of high value complex accounts to increase Marriott's preference, loyalty, and profitable share. By applying the principles of strategic account management and team-based selling, this position provides overall leadership and direction in the development of business-to-business strategies to build long-term, value-based relationships between the Marriott International hotels and the managed portfolio of corporate accounts.
