About the rolePalms City Resort in Darwin, NT is seeking a full-time Maintenance General Hand to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective maintenance services across our resort facilities to ensure a high standard of presentation and functionality is maintained at all times.What you'll be doing Performing general maintenance and handyperson duties including minor repairs, painting, beautification works etc.Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the resort's buildings, grounds, and equipmentResponding promptly to maintenance requests and completing tasks in a timely mannerMaintaining accurate records and documentation of all work completedAdhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and proceduresCollaborating with other departments to identify and action continuous improvement opportunitiesWhat we're looking for Experience in a similar maintenance or general handyperson role. Trade experience highly regarded.
