Role An education support class position will perform tasks that are carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction.
This may include coordination of other education support class staff within the work area or educational program.
Responsibilities The Reception and Administration Officer will be a proactive and enthusiastic member of the school's administration team, working under the supervision of the Business Manager.
The role focuses on maintaining effective and informative communication with parents, staff, students, service providers, and the wider school community.

Duties include (but are not limited to): Provide routine clerical and administrative support, including handling general telephone and front office inquiries, mail sorting, stock control, meeting organisation, and processing standard paperwork.
Managing student enrolments, exits, transfers, excursions, and activities.
Providing finance support for accounts receivable and payable.
Managing the College first aid room and administering first aid as needed.
Performing other duties as required by the Business Manager and Principal Team.
