Our client is seeking a Project Manager - Customer Information Specialist to join their Accessibility Team to manage a range of strategic projects and support the delivery of key initiatives aimed at enhancing the travel experience for customers with disabilities.

Key responsibilities:
* Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to plan for the delivery of customer information and communication actions for SEQ and Regional services.
* Development of a work program in partnership with relevant areas of business, inclusive of scope development and identifying project/initiative owner, for short term rectification, medium-term enhancements and long-term investment in response to the identified issues.
* Management of and reporting on the delivery of the approved suite of projects/initiatives to ensure strategic objectives are being met and projects are being delivered to the agreed scope and on time.
* Management and delivery of approved project/initiatives in accordance with the approved program on behalf of the Accessibility team.
* Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within required timeframes and budget.
* Work closely with ICT and digital SMEs to ensure the intended outcomes are delivered
What You'll Bring:
* Client-side project management of strategic projects that comprise of multidisciplinary/cross-functional teams
* Experience in client-side project management of customer communication and information focused projects
* Experience in client-side project management of asset auditing of large-scale assets
* Demonstrated experience in delivering projects in a safe and efficient manner, whilst ensuring realising of project benefits
* Ability to work within a complex statutory authority, within a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
* A self-starter, with initiative and experience to successful drive project delivery
