$76,277 - $83,274 + up to 15.4% Superannuation Moorebank - NSW The RoleThe Executive Support Officer is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team, ensuring efficient daily functioning of the executive office. This role involves managing executive schedules, facilitating communication between executives and key stakeholders, and handling sensitive information with discretion.This position will directly report to the Commander of the Unit and will be responsible but not limited to:Manage executive calendars, coordinate appointments, and schedule meetings. Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executive travel. Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives. Take minutes in meetings and follow up on action items. Manage expense reports and invoices for the executive team. Support special projects by conducting research, compiling data, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Ensure the executive office runs efficiently by managing office supplies and systems. Handle any additional tasks as directed by the executive team.
