Job Description With growth forecast in our Agribusiness Transaction Services division, we are looking to expand our transaction services team in Queensland with the appointment of a Transaction Services Director to conduct the sale for premium rural properties within the agribusiness asset class. Reporting to the Head of Agribusiness, Transaction Services, you will assume a key role in the development and implementation of sales campaigns for a range of Agribusiness assets including commercial scale agricultural land & operational businesses predominantly focused on strengthening our established track record of sales within these sub asset classes and sectors of beef, grains & cotton cropping irrigated or dryland, permanent horticultural orchards, other pastoral businesses including intensive livestock assets. You will provide leadership within the Agribusiness transaction service team in accordance with agreed budgets and objectives of the Business Plan and the respective KPI components of the national business plan and your personal Colliers MyPlan. The scope of the role will include: Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, private and institutional clients, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to act on immediate and future planning that may involve the wider Colliers service offerings. Build and maintain strong visible relationships with regional contacts by attending Colliers events and inspections individually or as a team, ensuring you maintain all contacts inside the Colliers CRM IQ and your services offering is reinforced by regular electronic direct mail (EDM), ‘next steps’ planned approach meeting notes and actions recorded and communicated. Ensure a high level of market presence personally in our marketplace, consistent client funded marketing along with executed exclusive appointments and reinforced by using media mentions quarterly. Analysing the recent sales of properties specific to the sub asset class of Agribusiness and the client’s needs, you and team will provide specific written advice as to the required path and steps needed to execute a successful ‘go to market strategy’ and bring the desired outcome to a seamless conclusion. A strong importance of driving internal relationships between Collier’s product lines via logged ‘Referrals’ both sent and received. This will ensure information transfer and opportunities between divisions with referral income tracked and forms part of the Colliers dashboard. Preparation of request marketing proposals (RFP), client progress reports on campaigns & sales agency agreements with appendices of a high standard, with clear a focus on attention to detail and accountability of all proposal, appointment and marketing elements filed. Ensure your success early at Colliers by attending all national team Agribusiness pipeline calls weekly. Be a talent magnet for new team members to join you, concurrently manage and call out under performance. Previous experience leading a team in sales or agricultural operations will be an advantage, but not essential.
