Relocation to North of QLD: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer or Manager to manage and lead our Electrical plant requirements across manufacturing, production, maintenance, and operational optimisation development. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all electrical processes are efficiently managed and compliant with industry standards. This role involves close collaboration with management to drive operational excellence and implement strategic initiatives for continued business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee manufacturing, production, maintenance, and development activities within the facility. Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and industry regulations. Manage power generation, protection systems, and high voltage/low voltage distribution. Implement and manage development and maintenance schedules, programs, and systems. Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. Optimise production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality control throughout the production and manufacturing Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to enhance system reliability. Collaborate with senior management on business development and industry growth strategies. Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, scheduling, and resource prioritisation. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering, with relevant working experience. Current Electrical Workers Licence and High-Risk Plant knowledge and experience. Proven experience in managing electrical engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance functions in an industrial setting. Strong technical expertise in power generation, electrical protection, and high voltage and low voltage distribution systems. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design systems and documentation. In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards and their application in electrical systems. Experience in optimising production lines and implementing automation for improved efficiency.
