In return, we’ll provide you with the experience and education to progress your career:Most of our projects pass rapidly from concept to completion so you’ll experience a wide range of job phases, including valuable site experience.Each of our local offices are relatively small so you’ll quickly feel part of a friendly, supportive team, and get to work closely with senior colleagues.Our multi-national network means you’ll be given the opportunity to collaborate with Hyphen’s offices across Europe and Latin America and work on interesting projects for world-leading clients.In addition, our hybrid working approach means that you’ll be able to work from home for up to two days each week with the remaining time in our Adelaide office.The roleWe’re looking for a Senior architect who is ready to lead, mentor, and deliver great work for our clients. Ideally, you’ll bring:5+ years’ experience as a Project Leader or Senior architect in AustraliaRegistered as an Architect in AustraliaStrong Revit skills, with experience leading projects through all stagesA thorough understanding of planning, building codes and construction standardsConfidence in leading client relationships, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA client-focused mindset and the readiness to act as a trusted advisor, aligning with client priorities to deliver successful outcomesWillingness to support, mentor and collaborate with others in a growing teamAbility and willingness to travel internationally as part of a multi-national teamEligibility to live and work in AustraliaFluent in spoken and written EnglishWhat we offerAt Hyphen, you’ll find the opportunity to grow your career, as part of our connected One Hyphen network, while helping to build something new in Australia.
