Your Responsibilities: Build, inspire, support and nurture a quality team of early childhood professionals. Work with your local community to build a strong reputation and offer quality service. Be passionate about early childhood education and offering quality educational programs to deliver quality outcomes for children at the centre. Maintain compliance standards, operating budgets and effective staff management practices. Able to build and sustain a confident and capable team of early childhood educators. Able to foster strong community relationships and build JJs position in the community. Strong administration and compliance understanding, with the ability to maintain high standards of implementation. A clear passion for early education and ensuring that quality outcomes are achieved for the children in your care. Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA. Previous experience in a long daycare Centre Management role. Current WWCC, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications. Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
