Join our dynamic team as an Employee Services Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the workforce experience across TQEH and its affiliated sites, including St Margaret's, Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, Torren's House, and Repat Building 12 for Spinal & Brain Injury. Reporting to the Food Service and Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily management of employee services, ensuring effective implementation of policies and procedures.
Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating the Food Service workforce, managing recruitment in all steps from candidate selection to interviews, panel reports, onboarding, and rostering. You will be responsible for ensuring correct and timely Payroll procedures. The role includes the maintenance of employee databases and applies employment policies to foster a supportive and efficient work environment.
In this role, you will also champion workplace health and safety (WHS) and uphold food safety standards, conducting training, investigations, and induction programs to ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Your strong communication and organisational skills will empower you to build relationships across various teams and sites, making a meaningful impact on our organisation and the communities we serve. About You

Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a team-oriented culture. Strong computer literacy, particularly in databases and spreadsheet management. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, especially in food service. Minimum two years' experience in managing large-scale food service operations with knowledge of recruitment and payroll procedures. About CALHN
