Muir Patent Law, PLLC is seeking a registered patent attorney for patent prosecution in the electrical arts. Candidates should have an EE, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent degree/background, and at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience. Strong writing/communication skills required. Semiconductor, circuit, medical imaging, and/or USPTO experience is a plus.
Our attorneys enjoy flexible work schedules - we are a virtual firm as of July 2023. Individuals must be able to work independently to provide high-quality work product in a timely manner. We are based in Northern Virginia, which is preferred for our informal monthly meetings, but we will consider candidates from other locations.
