We are searching for a passionate, dedicated, and organized Speech Pathologist to join a multi-disciplinary team of Occupational therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, and Therapy Assistants.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create therapy programs for Aha's to implement.
Work closely with NDIS participants to improve their independence and achieve their goals.
Providing home-based Speech Pathologist assessment, intervention, and consultation services.
Deliver quality outcomes for clients and provide tailored solutions to functional barriers.
Work from Hub in Essendon/Laverton, in the community, and from home.
Full admin support allowing you to be more patient-focused.
About You:You are an experienced Speech Pathologist with a high degree of autonomy (3+ years).
Working in the community sector is your passion.
You want to improve our client's independence through your longer-term commitment.
You have your own car to work with our clients in the community.
You thrive on working with others; their success is your success and are wanting to develop in a multidisciplinary organization.
You will have your SPA registration, NDIS clearance, and WWC ready to start work.
