Job Description
Our client is a leading HVAC services company based in Sydney who specialise in providing advanced air conditioning and ventilation solutions across various industries, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
The Role
* Working across all branches of the business and reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Keeping track of all payments and expenditures - high volumes of invoicing
* Liaising with internal contacts and suppliers to ensure payments are made efficiently and accurately
* Data analysis
* Assist with reporting, business forecasting, budgeting and cash flow
* P&L, balance sheet, general journal & ledger management
* Intercompany transactions - across 6 different entities
About You
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
* Xero and Simpro desired, but not required
Renumeration & Benefits
* Renumeration based on experience and negotiable upwards of $90K + superannuation
