As we develop a presence in the NSW market, your position will be to support Crane Worldwide Logistics core services and objectives in this hybrid role of account management and business development by generating new clients and build long-term relationships with a portfolio of key accounts while connecting with business executives and stakeholders. The Branch Manager will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs. As the NSW office grows, the Branch manager will oversee a team and will adopt more traditional Branch Manager responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts Operate as the escalation point for key accounts Identify and pursue opportunities with new clients to get SYD office to a standalone position of profitability. Identify and explore additional sales opportunities with existing clients Develop sales and operational strategies for key accounts Evaluate information on QBR and present to key accounts Create, manage and execute Standard Operating Procedures with the Operations team Prepare quotations, tenders and bids (internal & external) Develop, implement and maintain quotation templates Seek feedback and adapt service execution accordingly Provide commercial and operational support to management Skills and Experience A commitment to the Crane Way A track record of building market and industry relationships Highly motivated and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
