Job Description Bring your passion for food and beverage service to Brisbane's largest conferencing and events operation. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor in the Conference and Events Operations department, you will supervise your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. What you will be doing: Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Conference and Events Operations team Supervise events, liaise with clients and delegate duties to team members Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal is maintained Ensure guest expectations are met in each event, delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team that is focused on providing unforgettable experiences to our guests.
