The Role Oversee food production and menu-based catering across the site Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring, training & liaising with the client and other key stakeholders including residents Ensure accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls, and maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating The Person Minimum Cert.
