Your new role
* Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
* Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organising events, meetings, and conferences.
* Financial Administration: Support finance team when necessary with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for the mission and values of a Not-for-Profit organisation.
