The role plans, coordinates and undertakes the support, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of ICT infrastructure capabilities and technologies. The Senior Unified Communications Technical Analyst provides advice on matters of some complexity and delivers specialist technical services in video conferencing, telephone handsets, and the administration and support of Customer Contact Management Systems, Microsoft Teams, and other legacy telephony systems.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
