It is a unique part of Australia, diverse in many ways, with a mix of cultures, lifestyles, and abundant opportunities.This position is fully funded by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES), based in the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, providing services to the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, Shire of Derby West Kimberley, Shire of Halls Creek, and the Shire of Broome.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Bushfire Risk Planning Coordinator to develop and implement local government (LG) Bushfire Risk Management (BRM) Plans. In this position, you will work closely with relevant stakeholders to identify and prioritise mitigation activities within designated LG, ensuring treatment plans are effectively planned, delivered, and evaluated.
