About the Role
As a Strikeforce DIY Brand Activator, you will work within your allocated store representing a full range of high profile clients. You will work within an allocated territory calling on hardware outlets, merchandising and completing Planograms to a high standard, as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within your stores. You will also work with our Projects Teams within Bunnings and other DIY retailers. You will need to have a flexible approach as work schedules can change with short notice, and travel outside the area may be required on occasions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Following Strict OH&S guidelines
2. Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with our client’s expectations
3. Planograms/ Relays - Executions & Compliance
4. Executing tasks, building displays, erecting Point-of-sale
5. Building & maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
6. Accurate reporting using Own Smart Device
7. Time Management Skills - The ability to work under pressure
Role Requirements
1. You will need to be over 18, have full Australian working rights
2. Live in the advertised area/ surrounding suburbs
3. Current State Drivers Licence & Reliable Road Worthy Vehicle
4. Physically fit – Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 16 kgs)
5. High Attention to detail & Strong planning skills
6. Own Smart Device for Reporting
