Work Health and Safety OfficerAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety (WHS) Officer to develop and maintain safety procedures, conduct audits and site inspections, and communicate WHS policies and requirements to staff.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and update WHS procedures and documents.Lead WHS inductions, conduct safety audits, and provide on-site training and guidance.Conduct incident investigations and help identify and reduce workplace risks.Advise on compliance and encourage positive safety behaviours within regulatory guidelines.Qualifications and ExperienceRelevant experience in a similar roleMinimum Certificate IVStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsA current driver's license is essential.Desirable QualificationsCertificate IV in Training and AssessmentQualifications in internal auditingExperience with injury management supportApply directly using the link provided or by emailing your CV.
