Our client is a renowned and leading IT & Telco Company. They are among the largest fully Accredited Telstra Premium Dealers in Australia. Their range of products and services vary from ICT Infrastructure, Telephone systems, Corporate Mobiles, Voice and Data Services.

7. Answering and managing incoming calls
8. Managing couriers
9. Customer Follow-up & Feedback
10. Administration Duties
11. General Reception Duties
12. Opportunities for training and development
Skills and experience
13. Any Certificates in Business Administration preferred but not essential
14. Experience in Telstra Systems or products is highly desirable but not essential
15. Relevant experience in Customer Service or similar role preferred
16. Microsoft Office Skills Required
17. Must have permission to work in Australia
